This allows students to learn karate and its language across various countries. At times we have instructors from Japan and they will use the same comands and teaching methods as they do in Japan.

Basic Shotokan Stances
Stances are the building blocks for correct practice of fundamental Karate techniques. These must be mastered in order to provide a strong foundation for the rest of karate training. The details shown in the document must be studied carefully.
